Comfy's "Easy PC", "Home Hunt" and "Let's Imagine" selected as winners by Dr. Toy's Smart Play/Smart Toy 2005 Program Titles

Comfy, the creator of "Easy PC", a toddler's first play & learn PC keyboard, has been named one of Dr. Toy's Smart Play/Smart Toy winners for 2005, for the "Easy PC" and the standalone "Home Hunt" and "Let's Imagine" software. Dr. Toy's Smart Play/Smart Toy winners are "products that offer the child something "extra" for optimal learning, play and fun" (Dr. Toy 2005). Dr. Toy examines hundreds of high-standard (educational value, safety, design, durability etc.) products each year, and has found Comfy "among the cutting edge companies providing the most innovative, developmentally appropriate products for children".

The Dr. Toy awards are provided by The Institute for Childhood Resources, a non-profit organization founded by Dr. Stevanne Auerbach, to provide parents with better choices for educational and entertaining products for their children. Dr. Auerbach is one of America's leading professional experts in children's products, education and development and is the author of 15 books. This is the second year in a role that Comfy's products receive Dr. Toy's awards. "Easy PC" is a toddler's first play & learn keyboard. It enables children to play with the home PC, in 18 different languages, as early as 12 months of age. The "Easy PC" includes "First Steps", toddle's first computer game CD for ages 1-3 at the beginner's level. The game has 3 levels of interactivity, and it teaches about shapes, sounds and colors.

"Home Hunt" is a game CD designed for children ages 1-3 at the intermediate level. It explores the home environment while teaching object recognition through sounds and voices, weather characteristics and the importance of personal tidiness. Through colorful graphics and animated sketches it stimulates visual development and encourages auditory skills.

"Let's Imagine" is a game CD designed for children ages 1-3 at the intermediate level. It is full of songs and surprises and teaches about animals, shapes and body parts The game offers hours of delight while developing creative and language skills.
